Yes, there is a Shuffle button, push once to enter shuffle mode, and again to resume playing the files in order

Can I listen to audiobooks on the Waterproof MP3 Player?

You can listen to any mp3, wma, or flac files. Audiobooks in those formats will definitely work on the MP3 Player. To ensure playback of the audiobook in order, it may help to completely format the device (erase all the content) and then load just the audiobook you'd like to listen to so that it is easy to navigate.

Your Waterfi Waterproof MP3 Player should play up to 10 hours of music on a full charge. It takes about 2 hours of charging time to reach an 80% charge and 3 hours of charging time to reach a 100% charge.

Can I charge the Waterproof MP3 Player using a wall charger?

Yes, you can charge the Waterproof MP3 Player using a USB power adapter. However, we recommend only using the included adapter, as we've noticed using adapters from other manufacturers can sometimes shorten the overall life of the MP3 Player's battery.

Do I have to use iTunes?

You do not have to use iTunes. Adding content to the Waterproof MP3 Player is as easy and dragging and dropping the files, or copying the files to the Player. If you'd like you can still use iTunes and drag the music from the iTunes window to the MP3 Player window to quickly copy the files to the device.

How do I upload songs onto my MP3 Player?

The easiest ways to add music are:

  • Connect the Waterproof MP3 Player to your computer with the included USB cord.
  • The computer will recognizes the MP3 Player as a new drive
  • Find the music you would like to copy to your MP3 Player
  • right-click the music, hover over "Send To", Click "Waterfi"
  • When finished “Eject” the MP3 Player by double clicking it in the System tray

  • Connect the Waterproof MP3 Player to your Mac with the included USB cord.
  • Your Mac will recognize the MP3 Player as a drive which will appear on your desktop
  • Open a new Finder window and find the music you would like to copy
  • Drag and Drop the music onto the MP3 Player icon on your desktop
  • When finished “Eject” the MP3 Player by dragging the icon to the “Trash” icon

Are there any special care instructions?

Simply rinse off the Waterproof MP3 Player with fresh water after each use in chlorine or salt water and keep it in a ventilated place, like you would any pair of goggles.

How should I wear the Waterproof MP3 Player for swimming?

We recommend clipping the Waterproof MP3 Player to your goggle strap on the back of your head. You can wear it over or under a swim cap, but a swim cap is not necessary for swimming with it.

How should I wear the Waterproof MP3 Player for surfing, kiteboarding, or paddleboarding?

Most water athletes tuck the Waterproof MP3 Player just inside their wetsuit, clip it to the collar of a rash guard, or clip it onto a lanyard around their neck.

Many runners clip the Waterproof MP3 Player onto their hat, sunglasses, or the collar of their shirt. It weighs less than 1 oz, so it won't weigh you down.

My Waterproof MP3 Player is not connecting to my computer or responding at all, what should I do?

Sometimes if the battery is completely exhausted it can take up to 30 minutes for the MP3 Player to connect. Also try plugging the MP3 PLayer into a different USB port on the computer, and make sure the headphone jack on the MP3 Player is clear of debris, sand and grit.

If the light never turns blue, is my Waterproof MP3 Player still charging?

The battery on the Waterproof MP3 Player takes 2-3 hours to completely charge. Occasionally the battery will get to a point where charge all the way up to 99.99% and stay red, never arriving at the 100% to turn the light blue. It will still be fully charged after 3 hours.

My MP3 Player won't turn on?

A few things to check:
1)Make sure the Waterproof MP3 Player is charged by giving it about 10 minutes on the charger.
2)Make sure there is some MP3, WMA, or FLAC files on the device
3)To turn on the device, be sure to push and hold the PLay button for 2 seconds

My MP3 Player is on but I can't hear anything in the headphones?

Make sure the headphones are completely plugged into the headphone jack and flush against the port. Double check that there is no grit or sand in the headphone part that may be interfering with the connection. Turn up the volume on the MP3 Player by pushing and holding the UP button for 2 seconds to see if possibly the volume is turned all the way down.

I've copied music onto my player but all I ever hear is 2 beeps?

The Waterfi Waterproof MP3 Player will play MP3, WMA, and FLAC files, though it will not play AAC which is often the default filetype for songs in iTunes. To copy those songs into your MP3 Player, first convert the song or album to MP3 by right clicking it and selecting "Convert to MP3. You can then drag the converted Song or Album into the MP3 Player
