Our audio swim workouts are here to encourage you in the pool to achieve a challenging and rewarding workout. Whether it be a quick swim to get your feet wet or go the distance in a longer swim - we’ve got you covered. All the workouts consist of a warm up set, main set, and a cool down and are offered in different yardages that are versatile, appealing, and beneficial to multiple levels to give you a complete workout.
Each workout consists of a playlist of tracks that helps guide you through a full swim workout. At the beginning of each track the swimmer is alerted to what to swim next and what the rest will be after that particular part of the set. Each swim is accompanied by music and it is recommended that once a swimmer finishes the prescribed lengths they skip ahead to the rest portion.
