Our Process

Waterfi's new Dual Layer waterproofing technology uses a patent pending, two-step process to make electronics waterproof and corrosionproof. The finished product is waterproof down to as deep as 210 feet underwater and insulated up to 40,000 volts. The Dual Layer seal is durable and long lasting so you can live active with electronics that love the water.

Cases

Most waterproof cases protect electronics from exposure to water by creating a single seal around the outside of the unit. These seals have a tendency to leak as a result of wearing out over time or improper use. Dual Layer technology fills the entire device so that water can never get in, and you never have to worry about using it the wrong way.

 

Other Technologies

A few other companies offer "waterproof" solutions for electronic gadgets, however most of these are only water resistant, and are not designed for regular, active exposure to the water. Many of them only coat the exterior of the device, making a single seal that can easily leak over time. Dual Layer technology uses a unique, proprietary process to apply the waterproofing to the device. Unlike other companies that use a similar technology, this process eliminates every air pocket and imperfection that could cause the waterproofing to fail over time.
