Formally H2OFriendly, WaterfiTM is a small company based in San Diego, CA. Waterfi was founded to bring you your favorite electronic Gadgets underwater. We found that listening to music greatly enhances many activities that just aren't as exciting without your favorite tunes! WaterfiTM is a fun and relaxed company with great customer service. We don't have any automated phone systems, instead you talk to a friendly person in California when you give us a call. WaterfiTM is constantly improving waterproof products and looking out for new potential products.
Waterfi was started by Royce Nicholas, a Mechanical Engineer with a background in Biotechnology and Manufacturing. Royce discovered a unique and robust waterproofing solution for the 3rd Generation iPod shuffle in 2010. He also discovered there was enough interest from potential customers that he could start a business. H2Ofriendly was registered in August 2010. H2OFriendly met with huge success selling over 5000 products in their first year. The H2OFriendly iPod shuffle had a high success rate and most customers become immediately addicted to using them. In June 2011 H2OFriendly became Waterfi LLC for business and tax pruposes and to establish a more unique brand.
